I've spent the last decade working across product, strategy, go-to-market and operations in fast-moving tech and ecom businesses. I'm happiest somewhere in the middle of it all: getting close to customers, working out what actually matters, and turning ideas into products.
I'm increasingly interested in what AI can make possible too: fewer pointless tasks, better ways of working, and giving small teams more leverage. I write about practical AI and the realities of working in tech on Substack.
I'm now looking for what's next: ideally a small team with a big problem, and people I can learn a lot from. I'm interested in Chief of Staff, operator and founding product roles at startups.
Waitrose, John Lewis and Dojo, mostly working on early-stage concepts and products. I joined Dojo in its infancy and grew with it through its scale-up years, building payments products from nothing.
Equally at home with a customer, an engineer or a founder. I like messy problems, good people and getting things moving.
Making AI useful and accessible to people who've been told it's not for them, especially non-technical people. And helping make tech a place where women can actually thrive.
A small team, a big problem, and a founder I can learn from.
The question was simple: would merchants pay for insight into their payments data, their market and their customers? We built an analytics product to find out. Turns out they would.
Picked from tens of thousands of applicants. We travelled across Europe with Red Bull as our only currency, and had to hit 7 city checkpoints along the way.
