A unique-in-market analytics product for multi-site hospitality operators. It turns card payment data into a clear picture of who their customers are, how each site is performing against the local market, and what they should do next.

Operators had loads of data but it was hard to know what to actually do with it.
Their takings, customer data and competitor info all lived in different places, so nobody had the full picture. Dojo sees 49 million cardholders every month, so we had a real chance to pull it all together into one place operators would actually use.
I spoke to hundreds of operators to understand what they really meant when they asked for “better reporting”.
Before we built anything, we undertook usability testing with customers, testing hooks and messages using emails and in-app cards.
We used the Van Westendorp method to work out what operators would pay for and how we could bundle this alongside other products/tiers.
One operator saw footfall drop 11% and worried it was something in the venue. The data showed it was actually a dip across the whole local area.
Another spotted a group of regulars who were one or two visits away from becoming loyal customers and changed their loyalty thresholds to bring them back more often.
One group found they were losing evening trade to local competitors, so they ran a targeted campaign and measured it against a control group.
Dojo helps us understand whether our promotions are actually driving footfall at the right times.
Customers split into four groups, so operators can see where the opportunities are.

A personalised year in review we sent to every merchant.
Spend trends turned into a forecast for next month, so operators aren't only looking backwards.
We launched Intelligence Lite and Pro across four markets and grew them to £2M ARR, with 10+ enterprise customers on board.
